1.Students are requested to upload a copy student ID of a letter from the head of department by registration. A written request is mandatory, you can upload the picture of the letter.
2.Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory).
3.Registered participants, who are unable to attend the conference & symposium, will have their paid fee refunded if a written notice of non-attendance is received by ICAF2025 Secretariat before March 15, 2025. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected.
4.All refunds will be processed after the symposium.
